How to remove a virus Win32:Confi [Wrm] ?

My antivirus got an virus with these information:

Win32:Confi [Wrm]
file: c:\windows\system32\bqmibfio.ny\[upx]

How can I remove it from my computer? My antivirus got it and try to exclude it, but it returns over and over

Dear Friend,

First u have to update Proper Windows Patch so follow this steps,

1.- Apply the right fix, according to the windows version and sp level

2..- Deactivated System Restore

3.- Scheduled a boot time scan, and deleted the infected files

4.- Activated System Restore

You have the conficker worm. Use the F-Secure removal tools on this site:
