Thanks Admin3k,
Already tried that, along with other settings in IE but to no avail. I am pretty confident it is a Kaspersky issue.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsRecently our company had an upgrade to our external mail client, which runs through an internet browser to a Cisco SSL VPN Portal. However, when I try to run it on my home PC something blocks all pages after the initial login screen.
After disabling Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, i tested the client and it worked. I have tried to disable certain features individually to eliminate the cause, but it only works when I fully disable the security protection.
Has anyone seen an issue like this before. Is there an area where I have to allow all traffic from the portal address?
OS: XP SP3
Browser: Internet Explorer 8 (firefox not supported)
Kasperksy Internet Security: Ver 8.0.0.506
Thanks in advance

Its not the Cisco VPN Client, its a web page portal that the user connects to and it establishes a secure connection from the remote PC to the VPC concentrator (ie. there are no installers needed).
Just tried disabling HTTP traffic analyzer, but it did not work.
Really strange, because as soon as I pause Kaspersky's protection it works. As soon as I resume protection, it blocks the page. Would there be a reason that Kaspersky is blocking Java RTE from running? I can not find anything that is relevant, or that works.
