Allow Act by Sage through kaspersky firwall on server & workstations

Hi all,

Im having trouble with kaspersky anti virus, ive just installed it on our server and now users cant access the act database stored there

i get "database could not be accessed, maybe necessary to disable firewall on server or computer..."

on the server i have added %ProgramFiles%\ACT\Act for Web\ActSage.exe to trusted applications
and ive also edited the protection polices for servers and workstations in kaspersky admin kit
and ive added act sage to the workstation trusted apps too

but i cant get in any ideas?

i tired using that guide, im using the administration kit 8.0 on the server to set applications

the below screens are everything ive done to try allow the act but still no luck

turned out SQL browser was the problem, but that article helped with regards to the firewall
