i have done that now, still cant ping :S
heres screens of all the things ive done to add them
but i still cant see why i cant ping any more :S

our network consists of 3 sites with multiple machines and 3 servers connected via vpn
I have the kaspersky admin kit 8.0 installed on the FMSO server and have antivirus for file servers installed on the servers
now since installing on the machines i can no long ping from my pc on the 192.168.10.0/24 network to a machine on the 192.168.14.0/24 network
nor can vnc, Ive added the appropriate rules on VNC
adding not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Wi
and %Program Files%\RealVNC\VNC4\WinVNC
i have also added the same on the servers policies too
the thing is i can still ping the server from my pc
anyone have any ideas?

thought you have to include all your subnets to the trusted subnet group.
