Mcafee Enterprise 8.5 and Protection Pilot 1.5 disable access protection

Hello all,
I've got a question about McAfee Protection Pilot 1.5.0. I've just recently installed it, and its working great, it deploys McAfee Virus Scan 8.5 to all my users without me having to do a thing. However, ever since I've installed it, its messed with our permissions. I think it has something to do with that Access Protection in the virusscan console. Is there any way i can disable this globally through protection pilot? I've tried disabling it manually, even on the server, and ever about 10 minutes later it switches itself back to enabled again.
