cscript.exe auto run?

Hi,
All of sudden, I see the cscript.exe (screenshot attached) running whenever I log on to my PC. I scanned my machine with 2 different anti-virus software , rootkit revealer and 2 different spy-ware scanners, but no virus is detected. Should I be concern?
