First thank you a lot I appreciate that.
I download the Patch, but it didn't work because I can't log in to McAfee to install the Patch. It will be useful if I can log in to McAfee. Also I searched in this patch after I extracted it and I found SQL folder that contain some files to Enable Antispyware for Policies, Enable Antispyware for Tasks and Upgrade for Server Policies. I want to know to how install them (Im asking about the procedure to install SQL files), hope that you help me to install the three files, because I think the problem with SQL data base but I dont know which data base that McAfee use it.

Hi,

I already fixed my own problem, I did it by myself, follow these steps for the solution:
1.      Open internet browser and type https://localhost:8443/core/config it will show you the name of server and the name data base and the domain and the user name and password.
2.      Fill the space and after that go to Start à All Programs à Microsoft SQL Server 2005 à Configuration Tools à SQL Server Configuration Manager.
3.      From SQL Server 2005 Services à Open SQL Server (MSFW) à Change the Log On Account to account that belong to administrator (I suggest to create new user and make it Domain Admin.
4.      Open https://localhost:8443/core/config and put the same user name and password and put in Database server instance the name of data base, in this case it will be MSFW.
5.      After that login to McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator by using the user name and password that you create it when you installed the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator.
Thats all and I hope from you to try harder next time, this is my first time to asking help and I didnt found anything useful.
Thank you.
