I want clarify more ..
We already have a epo server running on 3.5 version now we have installed a new epo server version 4.0 in a new hardware. but still some the client machines contacting the old epo server (Note : we do have active directory in our environment ). we don't want to install frame package manually on those machine. is there any settings in the old server to mention the clients to contact the new server ?

You may be able to install the new agent as described above, but you may have to 'force' uninstall/install the new agent. There are differences between the versions and doing a clean installation of the new agents is probably a good idea.
The generic command is [drive]:\framepkg.exe /install=agent /forceinstall

Thanks for your update, we have configured the active directory domain admin user account for the agent installation 90% of the computers are update with the new agent but still 10% computers contacting old server , we need a automated way to resolve this issue.we do not want to manually push it on each machine.
Just as an alternative (if you don't want to go the GPO route) - you can simply add those 10% to their own folder in ePO and configure the install to run - then monitor those computers every hour or so.
As the new agent install happens, you can pull each box out of the new folder and return it to whereever you had it originally.
With all ePO 'stuff', I always prefer to use the ePO tools (personal preference).
Guys, guys, guys.....sorry, but none of these are correct.....
To resolve this in ePO 4, the correct way is to run a query against the managed machines that have not checked in for over 3 days (an example) and then you can either choose to push the agent out against the query results (manual process, but it gets all of them in one hit)
OR
You create a Server Automation task to run the query and then deploy the agents to the results of the query
That's the automatic route and if used everyday, it will keep on top of new machines, machines that have broken agents etc etc

Thank you all for your inputs.
I have done an analysis on those clients which are not able to contact the EPO server.
I was able to reach those clients. But when I checked the ADMIN$, it was not reachable. I have read somewhere in the manual that, if ADMIN$ is not accessible, then the EPO server cannot push and install the EPO agent.
Then I did some changes in the EPO server itself. I have added the new repository to the repository/site list in the old EPO server. That did'nt work because the new repository have EPO agent v4.0.1421 and the clients have v3.6. I have confirmed with the McAfee support agent and it does not work out.
So for every 2 hrs, i'm checking for the clients reaching the old server, exporting the list, installing the agent manually and flushing clients from the server. In this way, I have almost installed the agent in all the clients.
Status-- 50 out of 2500 are reaching the old server. I'll excepting the count to reduce soon..

You need to turn Active Directory Discovery on, on the new server. Once this is done, you can browse machines and push the new framepkg.exe out to they by right-clicking on the computer and choosing "deploy agent".
