Unable to Login, Possible Virus

I can not login to Windows XP. When I select my user name it takes me back to the signon screen. I called Dell tech support, and they said that I may have a virus. They had me reset my settings in Safe Mode but we could not go forward. I could not even go to a Internet Page. The tech support said I probably have a virus that takes me to only one web page. That page was www.my.freeze.com. Can you please help me?Start Free Trial
