Hi...
im using NOD32 2.50.25
it always ask for username and password to update itself..
but i dont know anything about it...
anyone can help me...
where i can get the username and password?

Didn't you receive your username/pass when you buy your av?

Anyway, you can check the ESET page in the support option and check to ways to recover your user/pass.

i didn't buy it..
i download the trial version...
last month i can get username and password for free from http://blueboard.cz/kniha_0.php?hid=u4p0r1oene4dp3oieoimf6f12tj62p

but..now the site is not active...

Maybe the username/pass you got, wasn't free.

Try to download another trial version from the site and see what happens.

You can try to locate another username/pass or do the right thing and purchase a copy of the software to support the authors and the updates.
