Considering the number of upgrades in the SAV product since then, I would very highly recommend you upgrade to the latest version. Not only will you be up to date, but a lot of security holes would've been fixed, etc.

We are running Norton Antivirus 7.6 on windows server 2000, 2003 and windows 2000/xp clients.
This week 3 blackberry users account were wiped out from the blackberry server. I suspected the the server may be infected with a virus, so i tried to run the NAV 7.6. everytime i start the NAV i get the error message "could not start sacn. scan engine returned error 0x0000046.
How can I fix this error?
should I upgrade my NAV?
