We have a Belkin router .
The ISP is AOL.
The Antivirus is Norton.
The Notebook is able to generally browse the internet, but it cant download microsoft updates - or see Microsoft Website

Took the Notebook to another site, with a differnt ISP & it is able to see microsft website and download Windows UpdatesStart Free Trial
