Virus - Spyware Protection 2009

There is a virus on a computer I'm working on.  It has Spyware Protection 2009 on it and i cannot remove it.  QTtask.exe has been running at 99% so I cannot do anything else.  I was finally able to stop the QTtask.exe process and am able to run some programs.  HJThis and malware bytes would not install.  I finally renames HJThis and was able to get it to run.  Attached is my log file.  Please let me know what I should do next.
