Fast and reliable Anti-virus for 2010

Anything new at the horizon? My company has decided to abandon symantec after several virus infections.

We have been looking at Nod32 and they seem to have a good reputation and are pretty cheap aswell.

Any other suggestions? We are 200+ users and only use laptops. We don't want any central server to handle the apps, everthing should be updated from the provider of the anti-virus.
