Cannot remove map from external disk

Hello Expert,

I use an external harddisk to backup my data. Since some time i find this map, wich has
a name of alot of numbers, see picture attached. Im trying to remove this, but is just
doesn't work. It says, i don't have the permission to do it.
And also every time i plug in my externel disk my Anti virus says to me that he found
an infected CTFMON.EXE file. When i say to delete it. Computer tells me he cannot find the specified
file.
You're help is very appreciated
