I am using windows xp, in my machine newfolder.exe created by virus. its also creates subfolders in all folders with the same name.

I am using windows xp connected to network, today my mcafee 8.00 scaned some viruses. in my C and D drive newfolder is created( Size 602 KB ) , its containing viruses. in each and every folder inside one folder is created by virus with the same with the same name. I used combofix, but it is not detecting
Please advice me what to do
