Symantec CMC Smc has encountered a problem

On one of my client machines Endpoint Protection keeps crashing and restarting, giving me an error "Symantec CMC Smc has encountered a problem . . ."  I have tried to uninstall SEP but get an msiexec.exe error and can't uninstall it.  Any ideas?Start Free Trial
