Unable to access shared folders/send e-mails after installing Symnatec Endpoint on W-2008 64 bit server

Hi,
I've installed Symantec Endpoint MR2 version on W-2008 64 bit server.Installation went fine,but not my clients are unable to access shared resources or sometimes they are facing problems in sending e-mails


Could you please suggest in this?
