We have an SBS2003 server running Symantec Enpoint Security V11 and Sage Accounts Line 50. We have proved that Endpoint causes clients to hang when they access data collectively in Sage (i.e. more than one person accessing Sage). Having removed Endpoint everything works fine.
I need to know the definitive and correct way to configure endpoint so that it excludes Sage as an app and allows it to run without causing the clients and server to hang.
