Does Endpoint Encryption tie a drive to a specific mother board?
It is not uncommon for us to remove a hard drive from one laptop and put it in a different laptop (identical model).
Will we still be able to do this if SEE is installed?

Yes you will be able to swap out. While these links don't specifically address swap harddrives, they are best parctices, utility tool you need and an additional recovery option using Ghost. The tool is Access.exe Information: The 32-bit SEE-FD Access Program 6.0 is licensed and delivered by CD only.
