Excluding A folder in Symantec 11

I need to exclude a folder in Endpoint 11
in centralized exceptions- Add > security risk exceptions > file or folder We can add a "prefix variable" or specify the exact folder.
I cant browse to the folder! it asks me to add a name and then a prefex

What do I choose to find a folder on the D: of the Server

You just copy the path of the folder there.
