downloader virus found

Asked by expertblr in Anti-Virus, Symantec Anti-Virus Software

In one of the laptop Symantec Auto Protect found Downloader virus and cleaned it by deletion, after every time i restart the laptop i find the Symantec Antivirus Notification as attached in the file

I tried deleting all the logs in the symantec 7.5 file and did the complete full scan after all that again i was seeing the pop up after i restart the laptop.

I thought of uninstalling the symantec and reinstall, but when i tried to install it again automatically a pop up occurs and continously it will be blinking saying that " Are you sure you want to exit the setup " and it wont allow me to install the symantec anitivirus software.
