Help with interpreting HiJackThis log

Please suggest what to let go and to keep on this. I've done all I could to tune this computer up. It is still freezing in general.
I ran spy-bot, ad-aware se, vundofix, and hijact this. I was able to flush out entries that the spy-bot and ad-aware se pointed out.

I'm not experienced enough to analyze the hijackthis log. help please
