The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Cant connect to windows update or various security sites. A virus?

ok so recently i started having trouble connecting to the windows update site, then it got worse and now cant connect to avg, mcaffee, google, ect.. but most other sites work additionally when i try to seach google for information about a virus that would casue problems like this the resuls almost always seem to come up unavalble or cant connect to server etc... this is happening with Opera,  Firefox, and IE all the most recent versions.

also about a week ago my Spybot Search and Destroy found the trojan call Virtumonde.dll along with a trojam wall win32.tiny.abk. I have succefully removed the Virtumonde.dll, but the win32.tiny.abk keep popping back up as a .TMP file, when i tell S&D to fix it, it confirms it as deleted, I cant find and instaces of it running in processes or as a process module. Im behind 2 very tight firewalls, witch is probably why is has not gotten an worse, but i still cant seem to get my net fully funtional again, meanwhile my antivirus, windows etc is going out of date. ive attached a Highjack this file.Start Free Trial
