Virus and Malware, TrendMicro cannot remove successfully, need assistance?

Window XP machine, recently came down with notice malware / virus.  Machine is fully update to MSFT Windows updates and actively runs TrendMicro AV.  Despite all this ... opened the wrong Outloook attachment.  Have been booting in safe mode. Have run SpyBot and Bit Defender but the machine is still not clean. HJT log is attached
