Search Engine Link Redirect

Hi,
The other day I discovered that when I use google and click a link I am sent to some random sites.
I searched this site for answers and tried some solutions but so far I have been unsuccessful.
Most suggestions say to use FixWareout but when I try to run it says unsupported windows.
I'm running Vista so I assume FixWarout isn't compatible with Vista.
I have tried to run SpyBot and MalwareBytes but it seems that the spyware or whatever it is, is also blocking these programs.
