There is a spyware on one of my pc that is blocking me from accessing the Internet. Every time when I access, it is just going to this site directly. Please refer to the attachment to see the exact site. Any updates on removing this spyware is appreciated.

1)Scan ur computer with a good antivirus.
2)Scan ur computer with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Forgot to mention scan with avg antivirus free edition or avira
I realize this has been closed a while, for others that come here by searching solutions...
that appears to be "Norton Safe Web"
To turn it off, click Tools->Toolbars->Norton Toolbar
Then click the big 'Norton' dropdown on the norton toolbar and choose "Disable Norton Safe Web"
You'll probably have to confirm a couple different times, since symantec tries to prevent you turning off their stuff.
Then click Tools->Toolbars->Norton Toolbar again and confirm you want to disable the toolbar addon.

Run a temporary file remover...CCleaner is a good one and it's free.
