FBI Moneypak Malware
Computer booting to white screen with "Please wait while page is loading, this may take up to 30 seconds." XP/SP3
Before that, there was the FBI warning page with the "ransome" demand of fixing for $200.
Some how I got the warning off and I'm now confronted with the white loading page.
Does this also in "Safe Mode with Networking." I can boot with UBCD4win but nothing on it takes this out.

SSharma, Should have posted in original post that I ran out of the normal fixes which I tried in the WIN4UBCD. Also booting in Ubuntu. Can't boot to Windows , get a white screen even in Safe Mode.
My norm for cleaning malware is the CCleaner then Malwarebytes, ckecking on BP and EE for removal problems.
When I run out of options, I go to EE or BleepingComputer.
Since the PC boots to a white screen, I can't run anything from the PC as suggested.
I've got the EE Article and and Grinler's Bleeping Computer tattooed on my arm since my business is now mostly removing malware on Senior Citizens PC'c.
Removed the HD and slaved it to my work PC where It removed the infected files.
Put the HD back in the original PC and it booted succesfully with one exception.
No Icons and the start menu items were empty.
Ran "unhide" and everything back to normal.
Uninstalled the AVG Free and loaded Mirrosoft Security Essentials.
younghv, been using Combofix since around 5 years age when I started using it and HiJackThis with BP Mods.
Anyway PC was fixed and thanks to all who chipped in.

@cfourkays -
Thank you for following up and closing this out.
Today must be my lucky day or something. This is the second question where I've received all of the points when all I was doing was following up on another Expert's comments.
If you don't mind, I'll have the question re-opened and split the points with "SSharma".
Just post back on 'OK' and I'll have someone take care of it.

PS - I'm thinking this was a typo: "been using Combofix since around 5 years age" (unless you're a child prodigy).

OK.
Actually, I'm 74, an Elder Geek, down in Florida Retirementville, with my own small office, home install/repair business.
I remember Zlob or something like that that Combofix removed. We were told, and rightly so, to use Comcofix only under guidance.
Yes, please share with SSharma.
Thank you for your continuing help.

Aha! "kays" as in the old pronounciation of one of the Florida "Keys"?
I too am retired - about 6 years ago - and also run a little repair shop. I've gradually changed from general repair/upgrade to just focusing on malware.
Glad I've been able to help and I'll see you around the Zones.
