Virus added 80GB to windows\sytem32\drivers folder

Asked by mburke3434 in Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware

Get 1000's of hits with AVG 8.5 and then 9.0 but none with malwarebytes, spybot, super anti-spyware or GMER rootkit finder.
The folder windows\sytem32\drivers has a size of 81GB with over million files (according to properties).  I cant explore into file just get an hour glass. Hard drive is currently slaved to another desktop.

Also tried unlocker.

Any ideas ****WITHOUT RELOADING****
