AIM Keylogger - Not logging outgoing text

Hello,
Both my 11 & 12 year olds wanted to start using AIM, so I said ok, but told them I
would be monitoring their chats to make sure both they were being appropriate
and safe. They are both new to this, so I wanted to make sure they did not do anything
stupid.

To monitor the chats I used a keyloggin program called "SpyArsenal AIM Logger" which
did the job both loggin outgoing and incomming text.

Here is where my problem began.. about two weeks ago the program stopped logging
outgoing AIM text? Incoming is still working fine, but no outgoing text is being recorded.
I've tried reinstalling the program, but it is still only recording incoming text. I checked all
configuration settings and there is nothing "turned off"

Anyone have any idea what's going on, or idea regarding what might be going on? Full
spyware and virus scans have been run using, AVG, Adaware, Spybot S&D.

Note that I just did a full system reinstall of WinXP Pro and it is still not working. I am
wondering if a recent Window Secruity update has stopped this program from doing
it's job?

Any ideas, or suggestions of cheap alternative to AIM loggers. I really do not want to dish
out more cash for another program that might just decide to stop working. I have hit the
distributors and creators websites and emails for help but I am getting no responses and
their support frontend on the web seemed to be abandoned.
