MSN Messenger in Window Vista problems?

My Window Vista after installed the MSN Messenger, when using the voice call, I can heard people talking, but when I talking to people, they cannot listen my voice... What's wrong is it ???
Is it my Vista problem? Microphone problem? or etc ??
