Hello asaidi,
There are a number of free downloadable proxy programs you can find on the web. A good one in my opinion is Delegate, which you can download anonymously from their site www, delegate,org
It is highly configurable and its purposes reach from being a simple http forwarding server to caching and mail routing tasks.
I hope this one satisfies all your proxying needs...
