Motion Eye built in webcam and messenger

Hi On my sony labtop the built in Motion Eye webcam does not work with messenger. I have tried to disable/ enable in device manager as for older models this worked but no luck now. When I try start the webcam with messenger all i get is a black screen. Drivers for the webcam seem correctly installed. Im using win vista ultimate. Any ideas on this would help thanksStart Free Trial
