It is quite hard to do so. Sites like the ones you listed and http://www.blockstatus.com
1. http://www.softpedia.com/g
2. Create a new msn user, and activate polygamy to login to both accounts at once. This account will be referred to as msn2
2.5. Set msn2's status to appear offline
3. In msn1 (your real account), go to Contacts > Save instant messaging contacts... and save it to your desktop
4. In msn2, go to Contacts > Import instant messaging contacts... and import the file you saved to your desktop
5. People will then eventually add this new messenger contact and voila!
Of course, this is a long arduous task and some people may not even add the account. But so far is the only surefire way of figuring out if you are being blocked.
