If you use these informations (according where I'm living) :
Find gender : male
Country = Italy
Region = Marche
you will see results not accurate at all. For example you will see people born in Australia,people who hasn't got a Profile Web Address yet and people born in my Region,but living ouf of Italy.
Ah, I see what you are saying. You are looking for something far more specific than what this program offers... I will look around for an alternative search application.
What are you specifically looking for? BORN in Marche. Male. People who have their privacy settings set so that you can SEE they are from Marche. Is this correct?
Oh, and it might be noteworthy to mention that having a web address on Facebook is highly uncommon. However, the people listed in results DO have profiles. If their name is not blue, it simply means that you have to ask them to be their friend. If they accept you, permissions might be granted for you to see their profile.

In the search box in the upper right corner, type "advanced search" and press enter. You will receive a number of results, the first one being "Advanced Search: Find Old Friends,Meet People,Date". Click "Go to Application" at the bottom of the magnifying glass picture. Click the green "Add Application" button.
The rest is relatively easy. You should be able to search for whatever it is you're looking for. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask :)
