Browse All TopicsI am looking for a way to monitor all my employee instant message conversations. We have it in our AUP that we monitor all logs but we don't at this point. I am looking for something I can just mirror my outgoing port on the switch and capture all the traffic that way. I don't want to modify the workstations at all. Thanks in advance!

Really, a keylogger installed on the local computers is the only way I can think of that you can log all conversations without the users being able to turn it off.

you can try EAM, but if u only want to monitor IM chats, u can turn to msn spy monitor, it can monitor msn, aim, ym, etc.
"WFilter Enterprise" is exactly what you want. It can monitor and log IM conversations from a mirroring port.
