Skype Crashing with unhandled win32 exception

Can anyone tell me why my skype is crashing and the message below appears?

This started happening every so often. I am on XP Pro.

Have you downloaded the most recent Skype client, and made sure that windows and visual studio are up to date with their patches?

I did it (Skype patch), I will wait and see if it crashes again, if not I'll close the question, thank you!
