SORBS Black List

We are getting email rejected from one of our clients saying were on a black list. I searched www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and found that we have the following BlackListed.

Responce Time  = 16

We have a Static IP Block from our ISP. I am not sure what other info you might need that would be helpfull. Please let me know and i can provide that. Thanks for any help on this.

Yes thats correct. How do we get removed from this and why are we listed on so many of SORBS?

I'm not sure about how you got on there, but you can read all about delisting on their FAQ pages...

Thanks that was good info. We got it all fixed up now. For those of you who have the same issue where they say "Dynamic IP" then have your ISP change the TTL on your main IP address. Thats what fixed ours. We had them set it to what SORBS says to set it at 43200 i believe it was. Anyways thanks again.
