I do not understand precedence headers in blocked emails and how to allow flow of email after this error

I have been receiving messages on my mail server, 553 Your mail server has been blocked because noreply@xxxx.com does not respect precedence headers

I have some URL's to respond to get the domain off of the black list, but I do not understand why I am getting this message and what should I do to stop this from happening?Start Free Trial
