When some one trying to send an email on any domain on our server they are getting mail delivery failure.
Message they receiving is :
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
xxxx@xxxx.net
SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<xxxx@xxxx.net>:
host mail.xxxx.net [xx.xx.xx.xx]: 550 Email blocked by SPAMCANNIBAL - to unblock see http://www.example.com/
When i checked its showing my server is listed in Spam CANNIBAL list.
However we have generic PTR records for server as well.
Can anyone help me with removing server IP from their DB?..

Generally speaking if you're listed with them, it affects your outgoing mail, not your incoming mail. Maybe that's the case and I misunderstood your first sentence.

It sound like your generic rDNS is hurting you in this situation. Get your PTR record for your mail server's IP set to ONLY something specific like "mail.yourdomain.com" or "smtp.yourdomain.com". Make sure that is the only PTR record and not just an addition to some other generic one.

Go to their contact page on http://spamcannibal.org after you update your PTR record and ask to be removed. I would link directly to the page but for some stupid reason their website navigation is done in javascript.
