HOW TO GET OFF MY company from hotmail's black-list.

Hi,
Today, nobody from our company is able to send email to hotmail as our company is in the hotmail's black-list, please see the following reply we received from Hotmail.com:
               Remote host said: 550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons
It's a very urgent for us to get off from the black list; my question is HOW TO GET OFF MY company from hotmail's black-list.
Any help and information would be much appreciated.

Please make sure you have a proper SPF record set up.

Also make sure your mail server IP address(es) have the proper reverse DNS set up and your mail server IP address(es) are not in any major RBL

Make sure your server isnt open for relay and spam isnt being sent via your server.
