Everything seems fine.
I tested from 3 different user accounts and they go straight into SPAM, if I send form the Administrator account it doesn't weird.
Its really annoying.

Email form one of my domains seems to randomly going into peoples SPAM box in gmail, I know you can tell Gmail to mark it not as spam, anyway you can do this globally ? Does Gmail reference any sort of blacklist ?

It appears Ok excluding that you have two MX entries with the same priority, that is bad... you must select the primary and the secondary MX in DNS.
Good practise is to implement the SPF record in DNS. It makes your domain more trusted to spam filters.

try www.mxtoolbox.com on your domain. Its a quite strong tool in diagnosting of mailservers.
