Blacklist monitoring for thousands of ips

I was wondering if there is a service that will perform RBL monitoring for my companies ips or based on its ASN. We have several thousand ips that we want to monitor if they are put on any black lists.

would there be a site/service where i could pull a bulk file containing all the blacklists ips from multiple blacklist databases? if this were possible, i could write an app to poll against the database for matches.
