Spamassassin setting

Last month, I had installed Spamassassin in sendmail server...

0 4 * * * /usr/bin/sa-learn --showdots --ham --mbox / var/spool/mail/notspam

In fact, the Spamassassin service should be normally running. It is able to filiter some of spam mail (Added [SPAM] in the Subject of SPAM email).

1. Unfortunately, I found that "sa-learn" is not worked. So far, I have over 40-50 spam mail, why the result of "sa-learn" is nothing in daily scheduling as following:
Cron <root@server> /usr/bin/sa-learn --showdots --spam --mbox /var/spool/mail/spam
Learned tokens from 0 message(s) (0 message(s) examined)
Cron <root@server> /usr/bin/sa-learn --showdots --ham --mbox /var/spool/mail/notspam
Learned tokens from 0 message(s) (0 message(s) examined)

What's problem ?

2. It maybe wrong SPAMASSASSIN setting in sendmail server ? No quarantine for those SPAM mail ?
