emails bounce back

Hi

We are using IMSS 7. When a user sends mails from outlook some email are returned with error message "The following addresses had delivery problems <email address> Network conmunication error. But on imss log I can see it tried to deliver the message it says message not delivered yet but finally it says Message <message Id> could not be relayed and was deleted with failure notification sent.

I am trying to send email to external world.  But at the same time I can send messages to otherexternal domains. only some domains it fails to send. at the same time I tried the failed message to send via gmail it sends successfully. (Message was with attachedment .doc)

What do you thing where could be wrong?

Your best bet is to call Trend Micro Tech Support. Reason for suggestion, is that they have a number of patches for ver. 7, relating to outbound mail processing and if I remember correctly, there are a number of settings that need to be applied to the tsmtp.ini file in Program Files > Trend > IMSS.

I haven't used Trend in several months now, but consulting with other organizations in the past that use it...Trend's Tech Support is pretty good IMO.
