How can I deploy this for all my users . We have around 3000 users.
Is it possible to do it for all of them through some group policies.

Avoiding "Out of Office" reply to SPAM mails
We identify the SPAM mails & tag it with the subject as SPAM & send it to users Junk email folder.
In this scenario if a user sets "out of office" in his outlook the "out of office" reply is send to the SPAM sender . We want to avoid this. Is there any way we can avoid this ?

There is an option to add rules to the Out of office reply wizard.
When setting up an out of office reply in outlook there is a lower section that lets you add rules.
You'd need to add rules to move messages to the junk email folder like you likely are doing anyway.
Exchange processes out of office replies before other rules.
unless users add the filtering rules (i.e. move all messages with [SPAM] in the subject to the junk e-mail folder) to their out of office replies, out of office replies will be sent for spam.

Since all of your spam emails are tagged with the subject containing the word "SPAM", you can do it.
