With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
The Number of Author and Expert Comments
The Number of Experts Contributing
The Feedback of the Community

Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. i am sending spam

Visited or opened something should not have
i am sending out spam to people in my address and not in my email address book.
i have run combofix three times now just to be sure it did all it could.
in the report generated by combofix i did not see anything deleted but also am not qualified to read report

Questions
Other than time is there any way to know if combofix killed the problem.
is there any other program that i should also run
is there a program or setting i can use to disable sendging email without my hitting send

i am using free version of avast
vista home
outlook 2007
nothing more for virus control
