Outlook Sent Items

Hi,
Our Manager corporate Email is configured in Microsoft outlook 2003 in his office system as well as his mobile laptop with Leave a copy of messages on the server option.
Now the issue is when he receive the email he can receive in both system, but he wants that when he send any mail it should be reflect in both system MS outlook in sent items folder.

He doesnt have any connectivity with both systems. I was managing this issue with synchronizing the outlook every week, but he doesnt want to use synchronization.
So please advice how can I solve this issue?
