Hi Experts,
I have a problem that is causing some issues. Recently some emails have not been delivered to clients because the email has been classified as spam. The signature on the email contains a 36k jpeg, when this is removed it seems to be sent correctly. The image signature seems to work for most people, it is only a few that have issues. The email client is Outlook 2007. I believe exchange is 2007.
I have attached the diagnostic information below, please can you offer any advice so that I can prevent this from happening in the future.
What does the 1.00 spam hits mean?
Many thanks,
Simon.
