With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Some of our e-mails are being marked by spam by yahoo and other recipients

We recently migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2007. The 2003 server was on another domain (we'll call it oldserverdomain.com) The 2007 server is on a new domain (we'll call it newserverdomain.local). Now, we have a few issues one of which is that we're being marked as spam when sending to Yahoo and a few other recipients. Some go through while others do not. One example below is a message received by a Yahoo address. Here are the headers. Is there anything that someone can see from this?
